Autism Diagnosis in Australia Increases

Statistics have recently been released that show the number of children in Australian public schools that are receiving a diagnosis of autism, has increased by 165% over the past 8 years.

This has sparked the debate as to why.
Are we getting better at diagnosing or are the numbers actually increasing?
